Sparkling White – Sparkling Wine From Our Vineyards
This Prosecco style sparkling blend is made from a clean, bright blend of Pinot Grigio & Riesling. It is light, flavorful with well-defined fruit & slate aromas up front and layered apple finish that is off-dry. In France it’s Champagne, in Oregon it’s Sparkling Wine and if it’s from Napa, you’d call it “expensive”...
“Sweet Emma” – Late Harvest
A sweet sipper made from combining the floral Riesling & spicy Gewurztraminer to enjoy on either before or after dinner. Sweet, but not cloying, with the lightness of fresh fruit flavors on the front and soft delight on the finish. Think honey, cinnamon, apricot, pear, and rose.
‘Single Barrel’ – 2008 Walla Walla Cabernet – Library Reserve
Deep body and color, dark flavors & rich texture. Full of chocolate and vanilla with bits of black currant, plum and cherry. This very limited edition was our favorite single barrel of the year so nice that we bottled it separately for a grand total of 22 cases.
“Aurora” – Winemaker’s Walla Walla Red Blend
A rich, but not over the top, blend of Syrah & a bit of Sangiovese that’s smooth from the start to the finish. Subtle dark cherry and blackberry notes on the front and light oak on the finish. Medium bodied so it’s great on its own but hearty enough to carry you through the winter nights.
“Salmon Safe” Chardonnay – From Our Family Vineyards
This Chardonnay was fermented & aged in steel, has medium body, and nice round finish. It is fresh, with fruit flavors of apple, pear, tropical, citrus and melon. A touch of mellowness is created by having 20% of the wine go through malolactic fermentation to provide a richness, but un-oaked quality.
