Help us name our latest Walla Walla Blend!
We create our big red blends by combining the wines after they’ve been fermented and aged in barrels. But a few harvests ago we had extra grapes and we decided to experiment and co-ferment rich, juicy Walla Walla Cabernet, with dark, vibrant Walla Walla Sangiovese. We made the two grapes together all the way through barrel aging and what came out was a delicious rich wine with vibrant aromatics in the bottle- but without a name!
