We are excited to announce that we have sold the Pheasant Run Winery building and the adjacent lots to a developer. The plan has been in the works for many weeks and it is just in time for the summer building season. The multinational developer plans to build a multistory mixed use building on the corner of Main Street and Ehlen Road in downtown Aurora. The building site will include a high-rise casino with a Walmart supercenter on the ground floor. As small business owners we are proud to be able to provide the community a legacy as well as getting filthy stinking rich in the process. After all what small town wouldn’t want gambling and a large corporate multinational right in the middle of a historic district?
Plans for the building and development will be unveiled at First Friday- April 3rd. Music by Rob Rainwater and great light bites from Chef Jason this Friday from 5-9.
