- Lettuce Cups – Romaine Heart Leaves filled with Marion Berry Beef, Chicken in a house Peanut Sauce, and Italian Sausage
- Salad of Pork Loin – Mixed Greens tossed with slow cooked and shredded Pork Loin, dressed with a house made Raspberry Cream Vinaigrette, House Croutons, and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
- Chef’s Bruschetta – Assorted seasonal toppings featuring an array of flavors and textures on toasted organic baguette slices, accompanied with locally made Sausage.
