A food friendly Cabernet Blend that is spicy and devine. If you’ve driven through Aurora often you know where this name came from…Dark plum and tobacco on the front end, along with spicy, peppery flavors and soft tannins on the finish.
2011 ‘Pegasus’ Reserve ‘Hot Rocks’ Pinot Noir *New Release*
Grown in our HOT ROCKS vineyard along the banks of the Moalla River this spot gets 10-15% more heat due to the stone reflection and thin soils. What comes out is a deeper, darker Pinot Noir that is more muscular and luscious than most.
